Microsoft is doing some cute videos for Zune since the beggining, there´s been some beautiful animations, but to me this one was the cutest, both the 3d and script.

Snickers ad, very nice 3d generated characters.

Well, this is something incredible do look at, cause it´s a little difficult to understand, or at least it is to me.

My limited mind has difficulty to understand this “digital image window shade”, because to me, image displays is based on controlling the amount of emitted energy or light to produce images, so I can´t tell how this works, how can they control the amount of light, or even the color of the light which is coming through the window digitally.

That´ll be something to study in the next months at least.

I didn´t have the time to update this blog for a while, been working more than usual. Tomorrow we have a holiday so I took the opportunity to look my netvibes for something interesting and got accidentally into this new promo video for the film.

Can´t describe how beautiful it is to see the perfect before and after concept images and final render of this movie, and I would like to emphasize the sentence said by the production designer in the featurette “I love this media, we´re basically creating worlds out of thin air, and I love that challenge”.

Looking forward to it.
